Okay so I got to Luster Town, then went up to Pass Path (odd name but whatever). It was just like in Ruby with Wally catching his Ralts. He sent out a Zigzagoon against a Wild Ralts. Then a guy showed up and I went outside with him. I found myself in Snow Soft City "Where snow falls peacefully." As I was walking in the city, I was ambushed by a Swinub IN THE CITY! What the hell? Anyway I found out that Kevin was actually my character's brother according to the text box that appeared. Good day." Ultima City only had a Poke Center and a few buildings with people that did nothing to help me out. After beating him, I found out the guy's name was Blitz, and he said, "For a decent-looking person, you sure are strong. Wait what? A Riolu? Are you kidding me? I thought I was playing Pokemon RUBY - oh wait. He had a level 2 Pidgey and a level 3 Riolu. Suddenly I ran into a guy that asked me who I was and he challenged me to a battle. I had to go through BUG FOREST to get to Ultima City. The layout of the route looked different, and I finally felt like I was playing a new game. It was named GENTO and I was in Lorina Island. A guy on Route 101 said that our region consists of four islands. It was a fenced yard with two Azurills, a Poochyana, and a Pikachu, so I was hoping that maybe I would get these later on in the game. Before leaving though I went to the south and saw a new area I didn't see in Ruby.
So I fainted it and got the usual dialogue between me and Prof. As soon as I made the selection I got ambushed by a Poochyana. I chose Torchic like I always do in the Hoenn games. Treeko (Grass), Torchic (Fire), and Mudkip (Water). Then I found out the starters were EXACTLY the same as in RSE. She said something about a Pikachu's Pokeball or something. My bad! I met the female character of the game, Tamashii (a Japanese name). Here is how she described it: "It has a quaint feel, but it seems to be an easy place to live, don't you think?" Once I set the clock and everything, Jagold's mother said "It's SNOW SOFT GYM! Maybe KEVIN will be on!" An interviewer says, ".We brought you this report from in front of Snow Soft Gym." I cued the epic music and prepared myself for the epic interview. Jagold's mother showed up once I stepped out of the truck. Then I found myself in a truck like in Ruby. The game told me that I was moving to SUN FORD TOWN, which was an odd name for a town. I chose to play as the male character, who was named Jagold because RSE doesn't let you change your rival's name. The intro was exactly the same as Ruby, but then I noticed that the character sprites were based off the ones from Fire Red and Leaf Green. The title of this Pokemon Ruby hack alone made me very intrested, so I got it and began the game.
